How do we select our teachers?

All teachers who work for us are required to be professionals with a bachelor’s degree or higher in either teaching Chinese as a foreign language or in linguistics. Each teacher also holds experience in Chinese language education for at least one year and has received at least Mandarin secondary-level A certificates in teaching.

From the very beginning when we recruit a teacher, when they are being trained, and even while they are teaching, we continue to provide them feedback and support to improve and better teach your Children.

We believe that a constant feedback and community for our teachers is key to providing the best online education program we can for your kids.
